Making Nature an Adventure
Bringing science and environment into the classroom and make school happen outside is an important step towards helping children understand the world in which they live. With our programme we target children on primary school level with hands-on science, understandable explanations and eco games, raising awareness and responsibility for ecosystems like shores, woods, streams and meadows.
We´d like to work together with schools in order to reach as many children as possible, helping them to develop into responsible adults.
Whether you have science days, day trips or simply want us to call to your school, we cover a wide range of topics from conservation, pollution, waste, flora and fauna to marine science, ecology, geography, climatology and biology.
We bring our own equipment ranging from magnifying glasses, experiments and games to easy tests like pH, temperature etc. for water and air.
Earth Matters
Our aim is to explain and show the children the little wonders, which are hidden on shore, woods and meadows.
In a society, which has to be aware of the changes in the environment, the effect of global warming and loss of wildlife, it is important for our kids to learn while seeing and feeling. The learning process is more intensive while out in the elements and it will nurture responsibility for our planet.
Games and creative approaches will bring better understanding and interest as well as boosting the fun factor for the whole group, working as a team.
If you are interested please do not hesitate to contact us and talk about details.

A few things to consider:
For safety reasons the group must be accompanied by a number of adults for supervision.
The trips last approximately 2 hours, which is a reasonable concentration span for children and is manageable in most weather conditions.
Maximum group size is 35 children for outdoor activities.
The cost is 5 Euro per child plus a 5 Euro call-out fee for petrol. All materials (i.e. for modeling) will be charged extra.
If the weather turns too bad, we might break up, but will repeat the session some other day or go indoors.
Please make sure the children wear appropriate clothing (waterproof shoes and trousers and rain gear/sun cream/hat)! We might have to sit down on the ground.
Encourage the children to bring buckets, plastic bags, spades, binoculars, hand lenses etc.. They love to collect...
We will set out in reasonable conditions. Drizzle and windy conditions are manageable with rain gear and warm clothes.
